Using this website
This notice covers the current DAS360 website. You can browse our services and work without creating an account. When you submit a form, its contents are sent securely through Google Gmail to mohannad.ahdab@das-360.net. Google and our hosting provider process the request to deliver it. Enquiries are also sent to our Odoo CRM to organize sales follow-up; the full enquiry is stored in the CRM record’s message history. Newsletter requests are not sent to CRM. Enquiries include your selected service, project details, name, email and mobile / WhatsApp number. We use these details to respond to your request.
Information you choose to share
If you call us using the numbers below, you choose what contact and business information to share. That information is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the support you request. Do not provide sensitive personal information through a general enquiry.
Newsletter
Submitting the newsletter form sends your email address and signup request to our team through Gmail. This requests subscription; it does not automatically add you to a mailing platform. Contact mohannad.ahdab@das-360.net to withdraw your request or stop marketing emails. A service enquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Technical information and interaction effects
Our hosting service may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. The pointer and scroll effects run locally in your browser; the website does not use these effects to record your mouse movements or reading activity. We do not use advertising trackers. The company profile has optional first-party engagement measurement, described below.
Company profile access
To access the full company profile, we require your email and mobile number so we can respond personally about your business needs. Name and company are optional. We store these details and your preferences on our hosting platform and send the request to Odoo for sales follow-up, directly when configured or through Gmail. A necessary cookie keeps your profile session available for up to 30 days. If you choose to allow engagement measurement, we associate profile visits, chapter selections, service and project interactions with that session. You can turn this off in the profile at any time; access remains available. PDF requests are recorded to provide the requested file. A submitted email or mobile number is not proof of identity, and a download is not proof of reading. Marketing updates are a separate optional choice. Meeting bookings
Our booking page embeds Calendly. When you open the scheduler, Calendly processes technical and booking information under its own privacy notice. Details you supply are used to arrange your meeting. If you arrive from our enquiry form, your name, email, and selected service may be passed to the scheduler to support the booking. Review Calendly’s privacy notice for its handling of this information.
Website analytics and contextual invitations
Optional website analytics start only after you allow analytics in Privacy choices. We record daily aggregate page, scroll and invitation counts without contact details or persistent visitor identifiers in our marketing dashboard. When configured, Google Analytics measures page visits and Microsoft Clarity provides click and scroll heatmaps and session replay, with form inputs and enquiry summaries masked. Advertising storage is denied. Session recording is excluded from contact, booking, profile and dashboard pages; with analytics consent, the enquiry form sends aggregate service selections, step progress and successful submission counts without personal fields; provider scripts also do not load on URLs containing query parameters. Provider retention and processing are governed by their services. You can decline analytics or withdraw through Privacy choices; withdrawal reloads the page to stop the scripts. Your preference is saved in this browser. Contextual invitations use the current page, active time and scroll position, work without analytics consent, and respect dismissal for the current tab session.
External websites
Portfolio documents and external links may open websites operated separately from this site. Their privacy notices apply when you visit them.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may contact us to ask about information you have shared, request access or correction, or request deletion where applicable. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Applicable law may require some information to be retained.
