These terms cover your use of the DAS360 website. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate agreement identifying the contracting entity, scope, fees, responsibilities, and delivery terms.
Website information
Our pages introduce our experience and services. They are not a binding proposal or a guarantee of specific results. Historical campaign figures and selected project examples describe past experience; outcomes depend on each business, market, scope, and investment.
Planners, enquiries, and bookings
The current service planner helps you explore a brief. Reviewing or saving a brief does not submit an enquiry, confirm a booking, or create a service agreement. Clicking Submit sends your enquiry to our team. A success message confirms that our email service has accepted it. Meeting scheduling is handled through Calendly. A booking is complete only when Calendly confirms it. Newsletter requests are sent directly to our team; they do not automatically register you in a mailing platform. Contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
Content and brand assets
DAS360 content, designs, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Client names, logos, and third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance illustrates selected experience and does not grant permission to reuse those assets.
Responsible use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or misuse other people’s information. You may link to our public pages without implying an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
External links and availability
External websites operate under their own terms. We may update website content and features, and access may occasionally be interrupted. If a detail is important to your project decision, confirm it with our team.
